Important Dates & Duration
- Rolling Enrollment: You can register and make payment on any date of your choice.
- 1-Year Validity: Your Verified Seller promotions will be active for 12 months from the date of successful payment and onboarding.
- Limited Monthly Slots: We allow only a limited number of new sellers to onboard each month to ensure quality and community engagement. Early sign-up is strongly recommended.
- Note: Once your VBS period begins, it will run uninterrupted for 12 months. No extensions will be provided for inactivity or delays from the seller’s side.

- Product Authenticity: We do not allow the sale or promotion of replica, counterfeit, or fake-branded products. Any business dealing in such items will not be eligible for the VBS program.
- Restricted Categories: Businesses selling medications, supplements, or health products without proper certifications (FSSAI, Ayush, or relevant approvals) will not be permitted. Similarly, “get-rich-quick” schemes, gambling, or misleading income-based opportunities will be strictly disqualified.
- Community Standards: If your business nature or content is found to be misaligned with the values or policies of the UNIMO platform, we reserve the right to reject your application and initiate a full refund without issuing a VBS code.
- Force Majeure & Platform Limitations: While we are committed to providing all stated promotional benefits, UNIMO shall not be held responsible for any interruptions or delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook or Instagram), or force majeure events.
- No Guaranteed Sales or Outcomes: The VBS program is designed to offer visibility and trust. However, we do not guarantee business conversions, leads, or financial results. Outcomes depend on your product, presentation, and platform engagement.
- Right to Moderate: UNIMO retains the right to pause, reschedule, or modify promotions in accordance with internal community guidelines and standards.
